Al-Diar
is a conspicuous private-sector manufacturer of knitted fabrics. Set
in motion in 1982, Al-Diar in no time asserted itself as an ace
figure in such a highly competitive business community as Aleppo,
Syria's hub of textile industry.
Al-Diar,
meaning "home" in Arabic, has always been identified as a home
of innovation, creativity, and topmost quality. The company manufactures
only the finest knitted fabrics, which go in line with the latest
fashion trends and fully meet customers' ever-evolving requirements.
Al-Diar's
range of products is impressively diversified featuring apparel fabrics
with a wide variety of materials, colors, and designs.
The highlight of our production are fancy fabrics, particularly plush,
single jersey, and double jersey (plain, striped, jacquard, and
printed), which are available in different gauges ranging from 8NPI to
28NPI. Our production lines include other types of fabrics such as mesh
and fleece (single and rib, in body-sized diameters). And as a tribute
to Syria's established and internationally celebrated artistic tradition
in the textile industry, Al-Diar has lately introduced its
specially modified version of damask and brocade, the country's unique
specialties.
In
the production of our fabrics, we use only top-of-the-line, pre-dyed
yarns; natural (cotton and wool), synthetic, and blended. From start to
finish, the production process is subject to a stringent quality control
carried out by a bunch of highly accomplished experts who completely
adhere to the recommended international standards and specifications.
Today,
Al-Diar is a key fabric supplier to a number of large garment
manufacturers and well-known brand names in and outside Syria. The
company already exports to Lebanon, Jordan, the Gulf States, Germany,
France, and Eastern Europe.
