Knitting

A knitting factory provided with the most state-of-art, German and Japanese-made circular machines; we have /52/ knitting machines, different gauges from /3/ NPI to /32/ NPI which produce high quality fabrics with an important range of fabric gramage and width, tubular or open width, without or full plating elastane, made of different materials: cotton, wool, silk, viscose, acrylic, acetate, polyester, polyamide and blended dyed or ecru yarns.

Our knitting department machines are divided into two main categories: Standard Machines which produce the plain standard fabrics like single jersey, double jersey (rib, interlock), fleece, plush, diagonal, lacoste, vertical stripped fabrics …etc.

Jacquard machines specialized for producing the jacquard fabrics for the latest trend of fashion, starting with two, three and four colors jacquard fabrics, transfer rib, purl, mesh, fleece and plush jacquard and up to 6 colors large stripped fabrics.

These jacquard machines are equipped with a design department, and provided with some of the best designers to follow up the latest and newest fashionable fabric designs.

All knitted production submits to strict quality control to guarantee the best quality.
