Dyeing

A Dyeing capacity of /5/ tons per a day in most up to date computerized dyeing jets, completed with fabric surface finishing facilities (shearing – brushing – raising – tumbler).

The dyeing section is equipped with seven "Thies” German-made computerized machines with different capacities, to satisfy all requirements of quantity, and all different types of materials high and low temperature.

Otherwise, dyeing section is accompanied with one most developed laboratory, to cover a huge range of colors needed.

Finishing department has one of the best Unitech Italian-made finishing group machines in Syria, with different abilities, brushing, senforizing, raising, shearing, tumbler and heat setting.

Quality control section is one of the most important sections in our dye house, to make sure that all sent fabrics are high quality fabrics. Regarding the environmental issues, we make sure that all the recyclable waste material that accumulate at the end of day finds its way to recycling plants.

Our waste water treatment unit applying chemical and biological treatment of the dyeing waste water can assure standard waste output water.

And we have always been aware of the ever-increasing ecological concerns fueled by the multiplicity of industrial activities.

Therefore, from the very beginning, we were shrewd enough to adopt an environmental-conscious strategy safe dyes and the use of environmentally safe dyes and application of eco-friendly techniques.
